We offer various activities throughout the week in a clean, safe & fun environment. If you are heading out into the community we offer a great choice. Why walk around a mall when you can choose a meaningful, brain stimulating, social and exciting activity!

Two sessions daily,  Monday thru Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

 

  • Registration is required, please see calendar for registration instructions & deadline per class. To register, call 937-773-7630 or send an email to either carla-bertke@woh.rr.com or rcndaultday@gmail.com.         

  • Cost is $10. per session (cash please), NO charge for accompanying staff,  unless you want to participate too.

  • The activities are open to all adult day programs, individuals & their providers, all homes, independent living facilities, all counties etc. All are welcome!

  • This is the perfect opportunity for those who have been home bound. Take advantage of our clean & friendly environment. All are welcome!

  • You may bring one or more participants, all abilities are welcome!

  • Individuals who are independent are welcome to bring themselves!

  • Individuals who require assistance need to have someone with them such as; a staff member, family member, provider, parent, guardian etc.

  • Benefits may include; based on activity: socialization, fine motor skills, cognitive development, art skills, cooking skills, listening skills, directionality and more!

  • Large restroom equipped with a hoyer lift & hydraulic changing table to accommodate all needs.

  • Experienced, knowledgeable & caring staff to guide, teach  & assist

Tuesday 6/1 “Treats” Enjoy making Rice Krispies treats, I-Spy bottles using rice, fun activity sheets. (Fine Motor, Cooking Skills, Listening Skills, Cognitive)

         

Wednesday 6/2 “Squirt Guns” Let’s paint a canvas using a squirt gun, enjoy making a spring wreath, fun activity sheets. (Fine Motor, Social Skills, Cognitive)

       

Wednesday 6/9 - Thursday 6/10 “Coffee Filters” Enjoy the day making various crafts using coffee filters, fun activity sheets. (Listening Skills, Social Skills, Cognitive, Fine Motor)

                         

Monday 6/14 - Tuesday 6/15 “Cherry Blossoms” Enjoy making cherry blossom trees with tissue paper, let’s paint some flowers, fun activity sheets. (Fine Motor, Listening Skills, Cognitive, Social Skills)   

 

Wednesday 6/16 - Thursday 6/17 “Sensory Fun” Enjoy shaving cream fun, make Moon Dough and learn moon facts, fun activity sheets. (Sensory, Fine Motor, Listening Skills, Cognitive)

 

Monday 6/21 - Tuesday 6/22 “Perler Beads” Enjoy making a Perler bead magnet, learn how to make homemade bubbles, fun activity sheets. (Listening Skills, Cognitive, Fine Motor, Social Skills)

         

Wednesday 6/23 - Thursday 6/24 “Flowers” Make pipe cleaner flowers, enjoy making a vase, fun activity sheets. (Listening Skills, Fine Motor, Cognitive, Social Skills)

 

Monday 6/28 - Tuesday 6/29 “Game Day” Enjoy a day filled with fun games to play with friends, fun activity sheets. (Fine motor, Cognitive, Social Skills)

 

Wednesday 6/30 - Thursday 7/1 “Pick your Own Craft” Enjoy picking from various crafts you may have missed this month.

 

Class sessions are $10 and is due the day of class.
