Dear Friends of the Rehabilitation Center & Nicholas School,
For over 37 years the Rehabilitation Center for Neurological Development & Nicholas School has served children and adults who are experiencing difficulties associated with stroke, birth trauma, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, autism, Down Syndrome and other brain related conditions. Offering an effective educational and rehabilitative treatment experience, all of our services are anchored in the same therapeutic approach to treatment – the concept of neurodevelopmental therapy. We are known for our caring family atmosphere which is essential for helping individuals and families achieve a successful treatment outcome.
We are pleased to announce the First Annual “Hands and Paws for Hope” Dog Walk-A-Thon. This is a Fund-Raising event for the Rehab Center & Nicholas School to raise funds to support the ongoing operations of the Center & School. It is also a great way to connect people and pets. Not only are we highlighting our program but we are celebrating the magic of human and animal bond. It is sure to be a fun filled event for the entire family, both our 2 legged and our 4 legged friends. All animal lovers are encouraged to walk the course in honor of their pet.
