Foot Reflexology
Foot Reflexology is a science that deals with the principal that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body.  Reflexology relieves stress and tension, improves blood supply and promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses and helps nature to normalize.  This method is both relaxing and beneficial for clients of all ages.
These services are open to the general community:
Relaxation Massage
Medical Massage
Therapeutic Hot Stone Massage
Wellness Center
Aquatic Therapy
An essential component of the Center's services, aquatic therapy offers an effective alternative exercise option for those individuals with limited mobility.  In water, a person's body weight is reduced, making it possible to achieve results unattainable with land-based exercises.
Our beautiful pool is kept at a therapeutic 92 degrees. Some of the many benefits of a heated pool program include increased range of motion, improved strength and increased muscle tone, better coordination, improved circulation, reduced arthritic pain, as well as weight control.
Serenity
In addition to the other highly developed therapies offered at the Hahn-Hufford Center of Hope, C.M. Biedermann, LMT, contributes her passion and skills for cutting-edge touch therapies with a practice built upon pain management techniques such as deep tissue release, scar management, and trigger-point release, all through the hands of a caring Christian therapist.
Many conditions can be eased with the addition of Medical Massage Therapy to the treatment regime. Post trauma, post-surgery, chemotherapy, reconstruction, hip-knee replacement, Parkinson's, paralysis, excessive scarring, range of motion difficulties and more.

Hot Stone Therapy is available for those who would like to achieve a new level of pain management and relaxation. Unlike the treatment so popular in spas, C.M. Biedermann, LMT uses this ancient modality to enhance the procedures that have been the foundation of Serenity.  The stones are warmed to a comfortable temperature, oiled and used to relax away trigger points, ease tight muscles, lengthen rigid muscles (i.e. Parkinson's) and soften scar tissue.
